Healing Agreement
Welcome to Aura & Earth. We are honoured to support you on your journey towards holistic wellbeing. Before we begin, it is important to establish a clear understanding of the nature of energy healing and the scope of our professional relationship. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the following principles.
Energy healing practices, including shamanic work and breathwork, are intended to be complementary to, and not a substitute for, professional medical or psychological care. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of licensed medical professionals. Furthermore, while these practices facilitate deep transformation, energy healing is inherently experiential; therefore, no specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.
Service Terms
Client Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book a session. Individuals under 18 may participate only with the explicit written consent and presence of a legal guardian.
Health Transparency
You agree to be fully honest about your physical and mental health conditions. This transparency allows us to tailor the energetic approach safely to your current needs.
Personal Responsibility
You retain full responsibility for your own decisions and life choices. Aura & Earth provides support and guidance, but the integration and actions taken are yours alone.
Confidentiality
All session details are strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or in instances of immediate risk of harm to yourself or others.
Session Conduct
Respectful behaviour is mandatory. Use of illicit substances prior to sessions is prohibited. Aura & Earth reserves the right to terminate sessions if conduct is inappropriate.
Subjective Experience
Energy healing is inherently experiential and subjective. Results vary significantly between individuals, and specific physical or emotional outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Booking & Community Policy
We strive to maintain a clear, calm, and professional space for all clients. Please review our policies regarding session management and community standards.
- Booking & Timeframes: All sessions must be booked in advance via our secure portal. Rescheduling or cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
- Late Arrivals: Sessions will begin and end promptly. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show, with the full fee retained.
- No-Shows & Payments: Failure to attend without notice results in forfeiture of the session fee. All payments are non-refundable once the notice period has passed.
- Respectful Behaviour: Aura & Earth is a sanctuary. We require respectful conduct in all sessions and communal events to ensure safety and comfort for all participants.
- Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate sessions immediately if personal boundaries or community guidelines are not respected.
